Leaving Lefkas town towards the southwest, the first village people will meet is Tsoukalades village and Eleon maisonetes.
The two maisonetes are brand new, finished only last July, and are welcoming everybody to come and relax there. They are built at the near end of the village, full of colour , taste and loving care, just in the beginning of a small field full on olive trees and wild flowers.
The pass of modern live has affected the village, but some pictures of the old are still available. An old woman with her 2-3 goats, an old man riding his donkey, or people still attending their olives or grapes.
Using a lot of stone and wood, the owner matches the old village style of building both in the house design and in the furniture style, while all the modern commodities are present.
On the big verandas and outside spaces a barbeque is also built, for those who love to enjoy a night in, with good food and a glass of wine.

The village is within 5 minutes walking and many shops such as mini markets, bakeries and tavernas/restaurants are available. For more options, Lefkas town is 7 km away, while two of the best beaches of the island, Ag. Nikitas beach and Kathisma beach are only 7km and 10km away.
