Villas "Anemoni" and "Chloe" were built in the year 2002 at Apolpena.
Apolpena is the closest village to the city of Lefkada. It extends after the
olive groove, an area of particular natural beauty, and reaches the
surrounding hills. It is only 2 kilometers far from the city and 3
kilometers from the exquisite beaches of Ai Yiannis, Milos and Gyra. At a small distance from the village, some of the most beautiful and well known beaches of Mediterranean Sea are found (Kathisma, Ag. Nikitas, Mylos). There is a road network leading to these beaches.

Villas "Anemoni" and "Chloe" are built at an overgrown, wall rounded
space , having an area of 2000 square meters, with lawn, olive trees and
fruit-bearing trees. Each villa has its own independent entrance in the area B.B.Q. , and its own private parking space. There is plenty of space around for children and adults to play. Stony lanes lead to the area of the swimming pool. The deck and the chairs around the swimming pool may offer a magnificent day of relax. The trees around the swimming pool may offer isolation and natural shadow, and replace umbrellas. At night all the spaces are lightened. At a distance of 200 meters there is a supermarket.

It includes a unified area with living room, dining room, fully equipped
kitchen and a toilet with shower. There is a fire place and large windows opening to a paved courtyard. At the covered veranda is a dining
room, where someone may enjoy the breakfast.

1st floor:
The staircase leads to a bedroom with a twin bed, another bedroom with two o single beds, a bathroom equipped with hydromassge and an auxiliary area.
Both bedrooms are equipped with windows and doors opening to large
terraces with an excellent view.

They also include: hair dryer, air condition, satellite television and sieves
fixed at the windows.
